Please read the following Official Rules carefully before participating in the Quiz Contest Prize Drawing.

1. Sponsor

The Quiz Contest Quarterly Prize Drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Premium Digital LLC d/b/a Trivia Oasis (the “Sponsor”). By participating in the Drawing, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

The Drawing is open to all natural persons who are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry; and (c) registered subscribers of the Sponsor’s trivia website at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Drawing Period

Drawings are conducted on a quarterly basis, aligned with calendar quarters. Each Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) on the first day of the quarter and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on the last day of the quarter (each, a “Drawing Period”).

Tickets may be submitted at any point during the Drawing Period up to and including the Entry Deadline. Winners will be selected shortly after the close of each Drawing Period. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Drawing schedule at its sole discretion upon reasonable notice to participants.

4. How to Enter

To earn entries into the Drawing, participants must answer quiz questions through the Daily Trivia Challenge available on the Sponsor’s trivia website. Each correct answer earns the participant one (1) point. Each point is equivalent to one (1) ticket (entry) in the Drawing.

There is no limit on the number of tickets a participant may earn or submit per day. The more correct answers a participant provides, the more tickets (entries) they will accumulate. Tickets are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Participants must submit their earned tickets into the Drawing prior to the applicable Entry Deadline. Tickets not submitted before the Entry Deadline will not be included in that quarter’s Drawing but may be retained for use in subsequent Drawing Periods, subject to any expiration policies established by the Sponsor.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, all of which will be disqualified.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase or answering quiz questions, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it to: Premium Digital LLC, 1521 Concord Pike, Ste 301 #268, Wilmington, DE 19803. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Drawing Period and received within seven (7) days of the Entry Deadline. Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) ticket in the Drawing. Mail-in entries that are illegible, incomplete, or that do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded for each quarterly Drawing Period:

Total ARV of all prizes per Drawing Period: $250.00.

Total ARV of all prizes per calendar year (four Drawing Periods): $1,000.00.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prize details not specified herein will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, including but not limited to income taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are solely responsible for reporting the value of any prize received to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and any other applicable taxing authority. The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 and/or withhold taxes from prize values if required by applicable law. Winners may be required to provide a valid IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent tax form) before prize fulfillment. Limit one (1) prize per person per Drawing Period.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets submitted during each Drawing Period. The more tickets a participant submits, the greater their individual chances of being selected. Because the total number of entries is not predetermined, the exact odds of winning cannot be calculated in advance.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible tickets submitted during the applicable Drawing Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative shortly after the close of each Drawing Period. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing.

Potential winners will be notified exclusively via email at the email address associated with their subscriber account. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their email address on file is current and accurate, and to monitor their inbox (including spam and junk folders) for winner notifications.

As a condition of receiving a prize, each potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Potential winners may also be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent tax form) upon request. If a potential winner fails to return any required documents within the seven (7) day window, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days after the first notification attempt, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if a potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. General Conditions

By participating in the Drawing, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liability (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) participation in the Drawing or any Drawing-related activity; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize; (c) any technical failures, human error, or other issues related to the operation of the Drawing; or (d) any injury, death, damage, or loss to person or property that may be connected to the Drawing.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Drawing, or any website associated with the Drawing; who violates these Official Rules; or who acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

All entries must be manually earned through legitimate gameplay. Automated, robotic, programmed, script-driven, or similarly generated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. No participant may create or use multiple accounts; any person found to have registered more than one account will have all associated entries disqualified and voided. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and void all entries from any individual the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be engaging in fraud, abuse, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the Drawing.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Drawing should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Drawing. In such event, the Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to the Drawing.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on the Sponsor’s website. By entering the Drawing, each entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use his or her name, email address, and entry data for the purpose of administering the Drawing and notifying winners. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Drawing, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise set forth in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

By accepting a prize, except where legally prohibited, the winner consents to the use of his or her first name, last initial, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without additional compensation or notification.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Drawing, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Drawing, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and shall in no event include attorneys’ fees; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”), and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.

These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.

11. Force Majeure

If, for any reason, the Drawing is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics or pandemics, natural disasters, governmental actions or orders, labor disputes, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Drawing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, abbreviate, or suspend the Drawing and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action, or to conduct the Drawing in a manner that it deems fair and appropriate.

12. Winner List

Winner lists will be automatically published on the Prizes page of the Sponsor’s website following each Drawing Period, without the need to submit a request. Alternatively, to obtain the names of the winners for any Drawing Period, you may send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address listed on the Sponsor’s website, or request the list via email to the Sponsor, within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the applicable Drawing Period.
